Go to www.blogger.com/home
Chhose your blog - Go to Template - Click on mobile(shown in pictures)
Now click on - "yes, show mobile template on mobile devices."
Now chhose mobile template and click on custom and save.(See picture)
Your template is mobile friendly now.Now you can see preview in mobile.

Before i tell you how to show page elements in mobile template you have to read this paragraph for your knowledge-
There are three types of mobile tag in html-(1.1)
mobile='no' -It will show widget in only desktop ,not on mobile
mobile='yes' -It will show page element on both plateform(mobile and desktop)
mobile='only' -It will show widget only for mobile ,not on desktop.
Now go to- template - Edit html
Now click jump on widget and select your widget.
You can see this line -<b:widget id='HTML' locked='false' title='
Now paste mobile='yes' bitween locked='false' and title.
you can paste only or no as you read above instruction before this tutorial(See 1.1).
And Now click on save template.
Done the widget will be visible in mobile.

There are xml parsing eror during save?
If you are see this message during save-
Error parsing XML ,line xxxx , column xx: Element type "b:widget" must be followed by either attribute specification ">" or "/>".
Then you have to give space before and after mobile='only'.(see pics above)
The widget is hide from page layout or The widget is not showing in blogger layout but showing when visit website.
There are a blogger's bug that if you had saved an widget for mobile only then widget will disappear from layout when you will edit any other widget.So read instruction to make widget visible again-
go to template - edit html - select disappeared widget. (If you have not remember widget id then you can search by -ctrl+f - search mobile='only')
And now edit mobile=only to mobile =yes or no.
Now refresh layout page you will find your widget or widget will apear again in blogger layout.
The widget above post is not stable?
You can edit html locked=false to locked=true .or you can set in blogger layout tab.(answered just above).
